Each ring on the stump you see around here represents a chapter, an adventure in your life. It's so fun to relive and reminisce on them through video (why else would I be here, anyway?). Your wedding is a big day, but it's the in between days that make up the rest of your story.
Life doesn't start or end on the day you say "I do" - there is a lot of good stuff to celebrate on the other days that make up your life. Take time to celebrate the milestones: anniversaries, pregnancies, travel, babies, or simply your love for each other. It's important to mark those moments.

INVESTMENT
FAMILY FILM - $300
Family films are similar to a family photoshoot, but we're bringing it to the next level. A family film will document where you are at this moment in time. Hear the children's laughs, watch them swing in your arms, and witness the extra squeeze they give you when they run to give you a hug! These films are perfect to bring you back to *this stage* for years to come.
BIRTHDAY VIDEO - $150
You take a bunch of videos of your kids throughout the year and then what? They just live on your phone or on Instagram. Simply send your videos to me as your child's birthday nears, and I'll compile them all into one. It'll be set to a sweet, bouncy song and you'll be able to remember your child's year for a lifetime. I guarantee you'll watch these birthday videos more than you look through photo albums!
*There is a $50 travel fee for every 50 miles traveled outside of Homer, New York.
Prices are subject to change without deposit. All films are subject to an 8% NYS sales tax.
NEWBORN FILM - $300
You've brought the baby home and WOW you're realizing why parents say time flies! All of a sudden, they are a week old, a month, and before you know it, you'll find yourself wishing you had just an hour of those newborn baby snuggles again. A newborn film will capture your baby fresh at home with their little yawns, finger squeezes, tiny hands, and sleepy smiles. A newborn film will always be able to transport you back to the very beginning of your little miracle's life, no matter how big they get.
PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENT OR GENDER REVEAL FILM - $250
You're PREGNANT! And you're ready to share the news with the world! Get creative with a pregnancy announcement video OR gender reveal video. This will work similarly to a couple's photoshoot, but we'll have ultrasound photos, the little baby bump, or even smoke bombs to announce the gender. This will be a keepsake to cherish this special time in your life.
ANNIVERSARY FILM - $250
Celebrate your MARRIAGE! You got married and the wedding was awesome, but now you're building on that foundation. Take this chance to celebrate how far you've come in your relationship and the strong marriage you've worked toward. You'll laugh, canoodle, and talk a little bit about what your marriage means to you. This will be sure to be a treasure to keep for many years to come.

DEAR BABY FILM - $300
You're in the final months anxiously awaiting your new baby's arrival. In Dear Baby Films, you get to share your hopes and dreams with your baby and look back on this special season in your life. A season of "in between." A season that's so fleeting. These videos remind you of the beginning buds of love for your bundle of joy!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A FILM SESSION WITH YOU?
After you first reach out, I'd like to get you on my calendar within the month, so plan on reaching out about 3-4 weeks before your desired time for a session.
DO I GET TO CHOOSE THE SONG FOR MY VIDEO?
I take the creative initiative in choosing the music based on what I filmed and the feeling of the day. For each song I use for a video, I need to purchase the music license for it. Many mainstream songs are not available to buy, but there are lots of awesome choices on websites for videographers like me. Make sure you are choosing a videographer who is buying music for your video LEGALLY!
WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
If I have NO other projects in my backlog, I can get a video done within a week. However, if it's during my busy season, it may take up to a month to get your video back.
HOW CAN I SEND YOU VIDEOS FOR MY KID'S BIRTHDAY VIDEO?
You can send your videos through Google Drive, Dropbox, or go old-school and send me a USB!
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! There will be a $50 travel fee for every 50 miles outside of Homer, NY I need to travel. If your event requires me to stay overnight, such as, you've booked me for a full day of filming and your event is more than one hour away from my home, hotel accommodations may have to be covered. Please check with me if an overnight would be required. I try my best not to stay overnight, as I have two kids I like to wake up with and have waffles with in the morning!
WILL YOU EDIT MY OWN VIDEOS FOR ME OTHER THAN BIRTHDAY VIDEOS?
At this time, the only videos I will edit that are not filmed by me are birthday videos. For all other sessions, I will do the filming. For birthday videos, we really want to capture your child at a number of different events and stages throughout the year. It wouldn't make sense for me to be at every little event (Christmas morning! Apple picking! Bowling with the family) so for birthday videos it is best for the parents to take their own videos and I will edit them.
BE COMFORTABLE
Most people will first tell you to coordinate your outfits. And while I think that's important, I want you to first and foremost be COMFORTABLE. If you are not comfortable, you're not going to have fun on our video shoot. You're going to watch your video and remember how uncomfortable you felt. Wear something that makes you feel free and yourself.
COORDINATE OUTFITS
After you're comfortable, try to coordinate your outfits. A quick google search on the season + outfit coordination will give you plenty of ideas! Try to wear what you already own. Only buy something if you know for sure you're going to wear it multiple times!
LET THE KIDS BE LITTLE
If the kids are joining you on the shoot - just let them be. I'm not trying to orchestrate or create something that doesn't exist. I really want to capture you as naturally and organically as possible. If the kids get upset, just let them be. Let's not force anything. Let them play. And while you're at, you can go ahead and play, too!
SNACKS
Food is pretty central to most people. Feel free to incorporate food in your film! It could be a picnic, cooking a meal together at home, or going out for ice cream. It's a natural activity, it'll make a somewhat mundane memory magical, and it keeps everyone happy!
